  • Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through your account settings. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

  • Subscribers can schedule consultations directly through the website using our Acuity booking system. Sessions are billed at $50 per 30 minutes. You’ll receive confirmation and reminder emails or texts before your appointment.

  • If you can’t make it, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

  • You can use the contact form on the website to send your question. Monte answers messages during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) and typically replies within 24 hours. <<NEED TO ELABORATE HERE>>

  • Your personal car record includes the information you provide (make, model, year, mileage, notes, etc.), recall and maintenance reminders, and a summary of your past conversations with Monte. It’s an ongoing record that helps you stay organized and informed.

  • The information in your record is only as accurate as what’s provided by you. Monte reviews and maintains these records, but he relies on your input to keep everything current.

  • Yes. We never share your data — ever. The details you provide are stored securely and used only to help manage your car record and support your consultations.
